Google XML Sitemap
Just because your website has a sitemap feature doesn't actually mean that Google can read it. Google needs an XML sitemap, you can see mine here: http://www.ambermcleod.com/sitemap.xml As you can see, it's not meant for human eyes. An XML sitemap is like a one-stop-shop for Google. By scanning this page, Google knows which of your pages to add to it's main engine. Having an XML sitemap puts YOUR site on the Google map, and that's good stuff! I can provide the sitemap to you via email, or I can upload it for you. If you'd like me to upload it for you, please include your login details. This service does not include submitting your site to Google, but I do have instructions on doing that HERE. Any time your site changes significantly you should have a new sitemap generated.
